In plain language: I'm recording an unhurried conversation about your life and what you've learned, to learn from you and share that wisdom with others. Nothing is for sale, and you are not being paid. You'll receive a copy of our conversation to keep for your family.

With your permission, short clips or the full conversation may appear on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, a website, a podcast, and possibly a future book — so it may be seen by a wide audience. You can skip any question, stop anytime, ask me to leave things out, and change your mind and withdraw before your interview is first published.

Please confirm each of the following: I agree to be interviewed and recorded (video and audio) by PJ for I Need Wisdom. I give permission to edit, publish, and share the recording and excerpts — on social media, websites, podcasts, and in print (such as a book) — and to use my name, likeness, voice, and the things I share.
